Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
The Milwaukee Education Partnership (MEP) will once again provide information to students and families who need assistance with the completion of the FAFSA.
Submission of the FAFSA is a necessary step for students and their families who seek scholarships, grants or loans to attend a higher education institution.
The United States Department of Education (USDOE) has made available the new 2024-2025 FAFSA application (see https://studentaid.gov for additional information).
The MEP will have an outreach presence and knowledgeable staff during the entire nine days of Summerfest 2024, on the Milwaukee lakefront’s Henry Maier Festival Park grounds, to disseminate information and direct families to partner locations prepared to provide personal assistance with the FAFSA application completion process.
Those who initiate the application process before July 4, 2024 will be given a free pass to this year’s Summerfest.
